Swiss Oatmeal Fixate Recipe

* 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
* 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (divided use)
* 3/4 cup reduced fat (2%) plain yogurt 
* 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract 
* 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 

Optional:
* 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
* 1/4 medium banana, chopped
* 12 raw almonds
* Stevia to taste

1.) Place oats, 1/2 cup almond milk, yogurt, extract, and cinnamon in a medium bowl; mix well. Soak, cover, and leave in refrigerator overnight. 

2.) In the morning, add remaining 1/4 cup almond milk; mix well. 

3.) Top with strawberries, banana, and almonds. Sprinkle stevia (if desired) overtop.
