Pumpkin Soufflé

* 1 can pure pumpkin (15oz)
* 1/3 cup egg whites
* 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
* 1/2 cup Stevia
* 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 
* 1/2 tsp salt

1.) Preheat oven to 425°F
2.) In a bowl add pumpkin, milk, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
3.) Mix well.
4.) Add sugar. Mix evenly. 
5.) Spray pie pan with nonstick spray. 
6.) Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.
7.) Reduce temperature to 350° for 30 minutes.
8.) Let cool for 1 to 2 hours then serve.
