Crockpot Turkey Chili

* 1lb Lean Ground Turkey 
* 4 Sticks of Celery
* 1 Red Bell Pepper 
* 1 Orange Bell Pepper
* 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
* 8oz Mushrooms, Diced
* 1 Medium Onion, Diced
* 2 Medium Tomatoes, Diced 
* 1 Can Green Chiles 
* 1 Can Low Sodium Black Beans, Rinsed
* 2 Cups No Salt, No Sugar added Tomato Sauce
* 1/2 Cup No Salt Added Chicken Broth
* 2 Tbsp Chili Powder
* 1 Tsp Onion Powder
* 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
* 2 Cloves Minced Garlic

1.) Brown turkey in skillet; Drain before placing in crockpot. 
2.) Add all ingredients to crockpot. 
3.) Cook on low for 6 hours. 
4.) Serve with shredded cheese or plain Greek yogurt if desired.  Enjoy! 

If you don't like it too spicy nix the green chiles and only use 1 Tbsp Chili powder.
