21 Day Fix Turkey Meatballs with a Twist!

Makes 6 Servings (5 meatballs per serving)
Counts as: 1/2 yellow and 1 red

Preheat Oven to 400F

Ingredients:

- 1 1/2lbs raw, 93% lean ground turkey 
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 to 2 tbsp parsley flakes
- 2 tbsp tomato sauce, no sugar added*
- 1, 4oz can green chiles

(I didn't have tomato sauce, so I implemented the green chiles and they are phenomenal!)

Directions:

- Mix all ingredients well and roll into 30 meatballs.  You can spray a baking pan with non-stick spray or line with foil and spray with non-stick spray.

- Cook for 15-20 minutes or until center is no longer pink.
